Our Ciders - Carsons Crisp and Maddens Mellow are produced exclusively from fesh pressed apples and contain no artificial flavours, colours or ingredients.

Colour and taste may vary according to the growing season of the apples.


Carsons Crisp Cider

Formerly known as 'Carsons', the name comes from Philips mother Josie who was one of three sisters, who all married losing the Carsons name.
It is a refreshing, traditional cider made using apples grown in the orchards of County Armagh. Unlike many ciders it is produced exclusively from fresh pressed apples and contains no artificial flavours, colours or ingredients.
Winner of Bronze and Gold Medals in the International Cider Challenge for Taste and Packaging
Available in 500ml glass bottles in cases of 12.


Maddens Mellow Cider

Maddens is the name of an orchard where many of the apples are grown adjacent to Armagh Cider Company. This was previously owned by the Madden family before being acquired by Philip's father. This cider is slightly sweeter and milder hence the name Maddens Mellow Cider.
